3V - TUNISIA, AF-083: LX1RA is now working at the clubstation 3V8SM from AF-083 until Sep 10. His QSLs via LX1RA via the Luxemburg bureau.
5H - TANZANIA: John,K1JD, starts a safari on Sep 9 and hopes to become active as 5H2JD during his spare time. He will work with a KX1 on 14025, 10120,7025 kHz especially during the afternoon hours.
9H - MALTA, EU-023: A Dutch team of the VRZA will be QRV from Qawra (JM75fw) on EU-023 from Sep 9 until Oct 3. They will sign 9H9PA on 20m ONLY for non-European stations during the WAE Contest. Several participants are not familiar with the QTC traffic during WAE and ask for patience and your understanding. Outside of the contest they will be active as 9H0VRZ or with their individual calls. QSLs fuer 9H3AB via PA1SL, 9H3YL via PA0XYL, 9H3HS via PE2HSB, 9H3YM via PE1OFJ, 9H3IE via PA0BEA, 9H3YN via PA3CUZ, 9H3ON via PG9W, 9H3X via PE1NGF, 9H3QH via PH2M, 9H3ZR via PB9ZR and 9H0VRZ via PB9ZR. 9H9PA (fuer 2006) via PH2M. E5 - SOUTH COOK, OC-013: Ken,ZL4HU, is working as E51KH from Rarotonga (OC-013) from Sep 7-22. Listen for him especially in SSB on 20m. QSL direct via ZL4HU.
FT5W/FT5X - CROZET/KERGUELEN ISLANDS: Starting on Sep 10 Gildas,TU5KG, may show up for the next two months as FT5WL from Crozet (AF-008) or as FT5XP from Kerguelen (AF-048). QSL via F4EFI.
FY - FRENCH GUYANA: Gregg,FY/W6IZT, will be QRV in CW/SSB on 80-10m from Sep 12-20. QSL via homecall.
G - ENGLAND: Chris,M0DOL/ISWL G-21106, is using the club call MX1SWL/p from several castles until Sep 30. He will have a special QSL for the QSOs made in September via http://www.qrz.com/m0dol
GD - ISLE OF MAN, EU-116: Lars,DF1LON, and Georg,DL1ECG, will be QRV as MD0LON and MD0ECG from EU-116 from Sep 7-11. QSLs via homecalls. During the WAE SSB Contest they will sign GD6IA, QSL only direct.

OJ0 - MARKET REEF, EU-053: Trond,LA9VDA, Bjorn,LA5UKA, Andy,LA8AJA, Morten,LA9DFA, and Olav,LB8IB, of the QLF DX Team started from Oslo to work as OJ0LA in CW/SSB/RTTY on 10-160m from Sep 8-14. However a storm has been announced for this region. OZ - DENMARK, EU-125: OZ/NX1S will be the call of Andy,DL4OK, from Roemoe (EU-125) especially on 40m/20m from Sep 9-16. QSLs via bureau to DL4OK, NOT via eQSL.
TA - TURKEY: Seiichiro Morikawa,JF1SQC/KH0DQ (jf1sqc@arrl.net) will be active as TA4/KH0DQ working with 100 watts in SSB/CW (maybe RTTY) from Sep 9-15, including the WAE SSB Contest. QSL via JF1SQC.
V5 - NAMIBIA:Pierre,V5/HB9QQ will be QRV especially on the WARC bands from Sep 7-30. QSL via HB9QQ.
VE - CANADA: The special event station VE6QCWA is put on air during the whole month of September to support the QCWA meeting in Calgary from Sep 28-30. QSL via VE6AFO. The Quarter Century Wireless Association appeals to OPs who hold their licenses for at least 25 years (http://www.qcwa.org).
VE - CANADA: George,K3GV/VY2, is QRV on 15m/20m from Prince Edward Island (NA-029) from Sep 3-17. QSL via homecall, direct or bureau.
VK - AUSTRALIA: Wade,AA8LL, and Liz,K8LIZ, can be worked as VK7AAH/5 and VK7AED/5 from the Cape du Couedic Lighthouse (AUS-030) on Kangaroo Island (OC-139) from Sep 1-4. Their next stop will be as VK7AAH and VK7AED from Cape Bruny Lighthouse (AUS-254) on South Bruny Island (OC-233) on Sep 5/6 and then as VK7AAH and VK7AED from Tasmania (OC-006) from Sep 7-10. They are working in CW/SSB (maybe RTTY) on 15-40m with 100 watts and wires. QSLs for VK7AAH via AA8LL, QSLs for VK7AED via K8LIZ.
VQ9 - DIEGO GARCIA ISLANDS, AF-006: Jim Clary,ND9M (VQ9JC/KG4JC), will hit the airwaves again from Diego Garcia (AF-006) for the next four months. Last winter he made almost 15.000 QSOs (11% SSB, 84% CW, 5% digital) with bad conditions. QSLs via ND9M, direct or via bureau. Expect one month for the direct QSLs to him, so all letters with expired IRCs have to be answered via the bureau by the end of the year.
XE - MEXICO: Fernando Gavela Saiz,XE1/EA1CNF, has been announced to show up with an IC706 and vertical from Sep 2-9. QSLs via EA1CNF direct or via bureau.
YB - INDONESIA, OC-022: YE9BALI will be QRV from the Bali Ham Festival 2006 on Bali (OC-022) in CW/SSB on all bands from Sep 5-10. QSL via YB9BU.

DX MAGAZINE MOST WANTED SURVEY: The DX Magazine is conducting its annual survey of the most wanted DXCC entities. Please fill out the form at: http://www.dxpub.com/dx_survey2006.html until Oct 15. The survey will be published in the beginning of 2007 and the 100 most wanted will be also on their website.
QSL LG5LG and SJ9WL: John,SM5DJZ (ex-SM0DJZ), had been the QSL manager of SJ9WL and LG5LG, the stations on the border between Norway and Sweden, since 1995. He handed over this duty to Svenn-Erik Spigseth,LA4EKA, on Aug 20, 2006 (direct or via the Norwegian QSL bureau). All QSLs to SM5DJZ will be transferred to the new QSL manager LA4EKA.
