3A, MONACO: Patrice,3A/F5RBB, announced his SSB activity on 40/20/15/10/6m from Sep 2-10.
3V, TUNISIA, AF-083: Francois,F8DVD, was QRV as 3V8SM from Djerba (AF-083) working in CW/SSB on 80-10m from Aug 28-31. QSLs for this activity via F8DVD, direct or via bureau.
3X, GUINEA: Serge,UA6JR/3XM6JR, and Alex,RW3AZ/3XD2Z, are back again in Boke "for a few years" since Aug 29. They plan to become QRV in CW/SSB/RTTY plus PSK and SSTV (3XM6JR) on 160-6m. Serge also plans to activate the IOTA groups AF-096 and AF-051 and a special event callsign (3XY3AZ) during contests. QSLs via UA6JR, direct or bureau.
5B, CYPRUS, AS-004: Colin,5B/G3VCQ, is staying on Cyprus between Aug 28 and Sep 6 and may also activate a British military base as ZC4. He works on all HF bands. QSL via G3VCQ.
7P, LESOTHO: Jan/DL7JAN, Mathias/DJ2HD and Wolfgang/DH3WO will stay in Roma/Lesotho from Sep 3-12. They applied for the calls 7P8JF, 7P8DJ and 7P8WO and intend to work with two stations in CW/SSB/RTTY/PSK31 on 80-10m. All QSLs via DL7JAN, direct or via bureau.
9A, CROATIA, EU-016: Gery,HB9TQF, is hitting the airwaves as 9A8TQF from Vis Island (EU-016) between Aug 28 and Sep 9.
A2, BOTSWANA: World traveller Vladimir Bykov,UA4WHX, is now active from Botswana signing A25VB in CW/SSB on all bands. His signal is weak, he seems not to use an amplifier and only a few people can hear him on 80m. QSL via UA4WHX. While he is on tour the QSLs are sent slowly but he also confirms QSLs via bureau.
CT3, MADEIRA, AF-014: 9A7K,Kresimir, is staying in Funchal on Madeira (AF-014) from Aug 28 until Sep 4. He will also visit Jose,CT3HG, and the clubstation CS3MAD. Listen for CT3/9A7K. QSL via 9A7K. http://www.9a7k.com
CU, AZORES, EU-089: Jean-Pierre,CU8/F8AYU, will be QRV in CW/SSB on 20/40m from the island of Flores (EU-089) from Sep 3-10.
EA, SPAIN: Francois,EA5/ON4LO, will activate the lighthouses Cabo de Palos (ARLHS SPA-019) and El Estacio (SPA-088) in SSB on 40-6m from Sep 1-30. QSL via ON4LO.
EA8, CANARY ISLANDS, AF-004: Frank,EA8/DH5JG, can be worked from Lanzarote (AF-004, DIE S-0079) in CW/SSB/RTTY/PSK31 on 40-10m from Aug 30 until Sep 12. He also plans to take part in the SSB Region 1 Field Day and the WAEDC SSB. QSL via bureau an DH5JG.
EA8, CANARY ISLANDS, AF-004: Nicolas,EA8/F5TGR, will be QRV from Fuerteventura (AF-004) working in SSB/CW on 40-10m from Sep 2-16. QSL via F5TGR, direct or bureau.
ER, MOLDOVA: The special event station ER15MD celebrates the 15th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Moldova from Aug 18-27. QSL via ER1DA.
EX, KYRGYZSTAN: EX15ID is also showing 15 years of independence from Aug 25 till Sep 5. QSL via EX8AB.
FH, MAYOTTE, AF-027: Tom,DL2RUM, and Jan,DJ8NK, are hitting the airwaves as TX5T and TX5NK from AF-027 in CW/SSB/RTTY/PSK31 on 160-10m between Aug 31 and Sep 11. Listen for them on 1823,5 kHz starting on Friday. An installation of a 6m beacon is intended on 50092 kHz and they will also feature a website after their return home. QSLs via homecalls.
G, ENGLAND, EU-005: Jim,K4QPL, will be in England soon and has the permission to hit the airwaves as GB2LD from the oldest still running Marconi station Lizard in Cornwall (http://www.lizardwireless.org) on Sep 5. He will work 35 kHz above the CW band edge. QSLs for this activity via K4QPL.
GD, ISLE OF MAN, EU-11: 6 Lars,DF1LON, and Georg,DL1ECG, will show up as MD0LON and MD0ECG in CW and SSB on all HF bands from Sep 7-11. QSLs via homecalls.
GJ, JERSEY, EU-013: Russel,G5XW, can be heard working as GJ5XW/p from EU-013 on all bands between Aug 26 and Sep 1. QSL direct to G5XW.
HB0, LIECHTENSTEIN: HB0/DG3XA, Joachim,HB0/DH9JK, and Ulrich,HB0/DL1TX, will be QRV from the Augstenberg (2349m asl in JN47) on HF/2m/6m from Sep 2-9 including the IARU Region 1 Field Day.
HL, SOUTH KOREA, AS-093: Kang,DS4DRE/4, is working from Hong Island (AS-093) in CW/SSB on 80-10m until the end of the year. QSL via homecall.
J2, DJIBOUTI: J28JA,Jean-Claude, will stay there for the next two years and is very active with 100 watts and a vertical in CW/SSB on 20/17m since Jul 18. QSL now via F5JFU.
JA, JAPAN: 8J3SEA is working in all modes on all bands during the SEANET (South East of Asia Amateur Radio Network) meeting in Osaka between Jul 15 and Sep 15. QSLs via the Japanese bureau.

S7, SEYCHELLES, AF-024: Claudio,IZ0KRC, plans to become QRV as S79RC from Sep 3-16. He also intends to activate Mahe, Praslin and La Digue (all AF-024) for all the IOTA chasers during his holiday on the islands. QSL via IK0PRP, direct or via bureau.
SU, EGYPT: Dave Schmocker,KJ9I, is leaving for kairo on Aug 31 where he plans to stay until Sep 18. He will work on 2m EME (WSJT) with a long-boom-yagi (with RX preamplifier), 350 watts and also intends to start further activities of SU1SK. If time permits you may find him also on HF. SV, GREECE: Nick,SV1VS/SV3, is QRV on 80-6m from Aug 20 until Sep 29 including a possible activity from EU-158. QSL via SV1VS.
SV, GREECE: Ilario, SV8/IV3CGJ, is working in CW on 40-10m from Kefallonia (EU-052) from Aug 26 until Sep 3.

V5, NAMIBIA: Hartmann,V5/DF3GY, has been heard working on 40m several times now. He will be QRV as V55O (also in Field Day) during the upcoming weekend. V55O via DJ4LK.
XV, VIETNAM: Hiro,JA1DHY/XV3DHY, and Oshima,JA1EKK/XV3EKK, are QRV as XV3DHY in CW/ SSB on 6/15/17/20/30/80m and as XV3EKK in SSB/SSTV on 6/15/20m. QSLs via homecalls, direct or bureau.
ZA, ALBANIA: Emilio,ZA/IK0OKY, is back in Albania from Aug 9 until mid September. He is working mainly on 6m or 2m. QSL via IW0BET, direct or bureau.

Sending foreign money is forbidden in some countries. For India, Pakistan and for countries with much money stolen from the letters IRCs still are
the only safe way of paying the return postage.
VQ9LA, Larry Arneson, will not accept any IRCs anymore after Sep 1, 2006. He cannot exchange them on Diego Garcia and his friend in the US quit buying them from him. So there is no other way that all QSLs for VQ9LA with IRCs enclosed will be confirmed via the regular QSL bureau.
